CVEI staff are aware of the time constraints often associated with property transfers and redevelopment. Our experience enables us to assess and develop site-specific soil and groundwater investigations designed to provide the information needed by buyers, lenders, and regulators. We are qualified to perform the following services in support of property transfers:

  • Phase II Site Investigations including the collection of soil, soil vapor or groundwater samples to determine whether potential contaminants identified by Phase I Environmental Site Assessments are present on the property;
  • Investigation to determine the nature and extent of contaminants identified during Phase II Investigations, including the collection of data necessary for evaluating potential remedial actions.
  • Direct working relationships with Local, State, and Federal regulators to determine appropriate level of cleanup needed at contaminated sites specific to intended real estate redevelopment.
